Crazy busy weekend!!!! Friday night was my Christmas party from work. Great fun!! The cocktail hour with appetizers was amazing, everything was fabulous, but I did pretty good, kept my drinking and eating to a reasonable minimum. Stuck with mostly the shrimp cocktail and raw clams and left all the other goodies for others!! Did pretty well with dinner too, ate the salmon and vegetables, tasted the potatoes but left them and NO DESSERT! Then just danced the night away, so I hope I danced off alot of the calories.
Saturday, Ernies # 2 daughter got married. They got married at her fiances brothers house. It was so beautiful, small and intimate. They were married in front of a 10 foot Christmas tree. Lots of tears of joy and happiness! Did well with the food but did have a small piece of wedding cake.
Today Sunday back to work. Another quiet day at work, I was in triage and only had a couple of patients pass through but both went home. Came home to Ernies little grandaughter Tiara, so full of energy!! She sure can drain you of all your energy, just brought her home to her mom and really realize why parenting is for the young!!! Makes me realize even more how crazy these 52 year olds are who have en vitro and have twins!! I know I couldn't do it. So had a great weekend, jaws was hanging around wiath me but I think I kept him at bay so I feel really good. Looking forward to talking to you all tomorrow, have a great night
